Before joining Waltman & Grisham, she began her career with a prominent litigation firm in Houston, Texas. Her expertise includes litigation of products liability, toxic tort, commercial, and persoanl injury cases. Donna earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston, and is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Texas. Prior to entering law school, she worked for over 10 years as a paralegal in the areas of personal injury and business litigation. He then began his legal career in Corpus Christi where he served as a Briefing Attorney for the 13th Court of Appeals and, later, as an Assistant District Attorney. Since that time, Tom has engaged in virtually every facet of trial and appellate work. In Ex Parte Sanchez, 703S.W.2d 955, 958 (Tex. 1986), his representation of a court reporter in a contempt matter was described by the Texas Supreme Court as able and ingenious. He has been with Waltman & Grisham since 1993 where he is engaged in an extensive research, motions, discovery, and pleading practice. While practicing in Brazos County, Tom attained a Ph.D. in Political Science at Texas A&M with a specialty in Regulatory Law. He is licensed to practice law by the Texas Supreme Court and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas.
